Dear Sejal, as this is the pilot year for EWS reservation, how it unfolds, needs to be seen. On a general note, the cut offs fall between General Category and OBC Category. Atleast for now, the cut offs are considered the same for General Category and EWS. Going by that note, in 2018 under State Quota, 533 marks secured seats in 3 Government Medical Colleges in Bihar. It is tad difficult if you are in General Category. But assuming that cut offs would be slightly less for EWS Category, you might stand a chance in any one of:

Anugrah Narayan Medical College
Dharbhanga Medical College
Shri Krishna Medical College

For Delhi, 562 was the cut off for General Category. So for Ews Category, it is a 50-50 chance. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats availble, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
