Hi Hunny,
I would suggest you continue with the college you are in right now. If you need to reapply you can do the same but it is not necessary that the cutoff will be the same as it keeps increasing every year. You will have to withdraw your admissions in the college you are currently studying now which could be a risk if your cutoff is not met.
