In choice filling process if I give a higher preference to CSE of some lower collage than ECE of some better collage and the cutoff rank of ECE is less than CSE for the respective collages , will i be able to get CSE if my rank suffices it?

Dear applicant, there is no such specific bound rule that CSE has got higher cut off than ECE. It totally depends on the number of seats and the preference given by the students who scored really well in the exam. It was your choice to choose a good college ECE or moderate college with CSE. I would suggest you to have patience and wait till the completion of all the rounds counselling.
