my gmr is 1731..and I want chemical or civil engineering in ju.. can i appear in counselling

Yes you can surely apply for the e-counselling and you may not get chemical or civil but you can still give it a try...
My gmr is 43210 and my sc rank is 3619 ... Will I be selected for 1st round councilling in Jadavpur for information technology ??
