in hsc maharashtra state board name sequence is surname(it is fixed at first position for everybody) first name and middle name.,,, but in adhar card it's first name middle name and then surname,,, in which order should register my jee form

The name on the JEE mains form should be as per your higher Secondary passing certificate and not your Aadhar card. Please see that you enter exactly same format of your name which is printed on your hsc passing certificate or your marksheet.
