In kcet , which has higher priority(i.e. chances of getting higher cutoff ranks), obc category 1 or 10% reservation on general (EWS)?

Hope you are doing well. In K-CET the higher priority is given to the candidates belonging to SC and ST category and also Category-1 students are also given priority. Each colleges will reserve some specified number of seats only for the candidates belonging to these categories. In short the 10% reservation on general are not given much importance compared to Category-1 and SC/ST students. I hope you understand by reading this answer.
