I changed my class 12th percentage in the NEET correction form but in the correction slip it didnt change and remained the same.What to do?

Actually they don't allow to fill your marks with a point. For example you have to put 80% but you can't put 80.5 as in your case. So, It is not a problem from your side. So, don't be tensed about it. Concentrate on your study.
