Sir, As being a regular student I had given my 12th boards exam from CBSE with (PCB).But I was failed & reappearing in 2019.

Hi Aspirant,
Yes,you will be eligible for NEET 2019.However,you should clear your 10+2 with Physics,Chemistry, Biology and English as mandatory subjects and with minimum 50% marks.There is no limit in the number of attempts and your age should be 17 yrs as on 31st December 2019 and less than 25 yrs for unreserved candidates.

So if I eligible than what should I fill in the form about my 12th qualification. I mean wheather I fill as appearing or my previous exam detail. Plzzzzz tell sir.
