in neet 2019 my all india cat rank is 23678.will it be considererd as my AIR in state counselling???

For the State Counselling, the AIR won't change a bit, it will the same as 23,678. But if you do register for the State Counselling, after a few days a separate Merit List would be published on the Health University website of your state which would rank all the students of your state registered for the State Counselling on the basis of the AIR secured. In that case, the admission in the colleges through 85% State Quota, would be based on your State Rank itself and not the AIR.
