In neet having 265001 rank in aiq and 23000 rank in category can i get govt. college in up in state quota??

You haven't mentioned which category you belong to. However going by last year's cutoffs, you can get government Medical college in Uttar Pradesh only if you belong to ST Category cause for other categories such as OBC, SC, EWS the cutoffs are quite higher.
