At the time of registration, the candidate has to pay two type of fees - Refundable security deposit and Non-refundable Registration fee.
However both these fees will vary depending on the type of institute the candidate is applying for admission:

Deemed Universities, or

For (15% All India Quota)/ Central Universities (DU, AMU, BHU and Jamia Millia Islamia,
Delhi)/AFMS & ESI. and yes it is to paid in a single payment.
