In neet the revised percentile is 25 % bt how it is possible the marks are 172.. this is wrong they shld revise the marks too...

It is not mandatory, there might be a possibility that in revision, there might be students who would have received negative marks due to some incorrect answers and hence there total marks would have declined. So therefore, your marks being a constant might have helped you to move up in the list slightly despite there being no change in your marks.
