In round 1 of reap counseling i got bikaner clg but i wnt mbm of jhodpur, if I take admission in round 1, and then in 2nd round i got MBM,

Dear aspirant there is upgradation of seat in REAP under which you have to select upgradation when reporting to the institute that is alloted to you.So, when  you reported to Bikaner then i think you have filled upgradation form.But,fees and document gets verified there.Only then you will be considered for 2nd round.So,if in second round you get MBM ,jodhpur then yes you can take admission there by reporting and your fee will be transferred from Bikaner college to Jodhpur.But,if you have not applied for upgradation then you will not be considered in next rounds and your seat at Bikaner will be confirmed.
