You have not mentioned that you are talking about hardware startup or software startup of mobile and computer company.
See if you want to build your own brand then it is going to be long and vast procedure and not only it will require Computer science skills but Electronics and communication too. You will have to form a team of many people skilled with different branches of technology.
But for now I i will suggest you to opt for computer science and try to develop some softwares and application that can be recognised by the Tech world and they will give you a quick start for your dream.
