i chose ECE-VLSI, CSE, Electronic and computer, AIML and ECE under cat1 in vit Vellore, but couldn't secure a seat, what to do

With a 60k rank, getting Category 1 at VIT is probably difficult, but you still have a decent chance of getting branches like ECE, EEE, or related courses in higher categories (Category 2–5) or at VIT Chennai, AP, or Bhopal campuses.

You can first try for CSE at the Chennai campus if seats are available. Otherwise, ECE or similar branches at VIT Vellore in higher categories can still be a good option.

A smart approach is to secure a seat first, then work on maintaining a CGPA above 9. This can help you apply for branch migration to CSE later. Even if branch change does not happen, students from ECE and related branches still get good opportunities in top IT companies if they build strong coding and technical skills during college.
