In the NEET-2019 Form can i choose other state (delhi) for 15% AIQ seats..while i'm from bihar.

You can only choose Delhi for AIQ 15% seats only when either you are a domicile (have lived in Delhi from birth) or you have completed your 11th and 12 th from Delhi. Of course you can fill up Delhi Colleges in AIQ counseling but you will have to take part in state counseling in Bihar only.
