Hi, By third cut of list you'll surely be able to start getting admission in various DU coleeges.

Aryabhatta College
Bharati College (W)
Mata Sundri College for Women (W) * Sikh Minority(SM)
Zakir Husain Delhi College

These are some of the colleges where you can get admission based on previous year's cut offs and your best of four percentage.
