The eligibility criteria for scholarship in Lovely Professional University are the performance in LPU NEST Sports, Research and Culture, the person with a disability, board toppers, orphan candidates, based on bravery award & social services, and defense personnel. As mush as I understand there can be two meanings of your question.

1. Rs 1 lac study grant : Yes it was available for the students who wrote their national level en trance exams in january and have joined IITs etc.

2. LPUNEST scholarship: Yes this scholarship is still available upto 35% of fee per semester for full duration of the program, for the candidates who complete their admission process before 20th september 2020.
