Yeah if you get 12k rank in VITEEE you will be in the safe zone to take any branch at any campus of VIT. Now coming to the point of fee structure it may vary from campus to campus, if you want to take admission in vit vellore for Mechanical stream , your fee structure will be within 2 lakh only if your rank is under 20k otherwise fee will vary according to your rank obtained.
