Yes you can get into DU with 80%and upon. It's tough to get a college in the first or second cutoff but from third cutoff onwards you have fair chances to grab a college (in case of general category )
In case you belong to any reserved category you might grab a college in the first cut off itself.

Hi Naman as I HV mentioned in the answer that there are chances to get through du. Keep checking the cuttoffs. The first and second cutoffs are usually high in 90s but it starts to fall by the third cutoff onwards. It reaches 80s by the fourth cutoff.
All du colleges under DU hv qualified faculties so you don't have to worry about that you grab any college where ever you are getting your desired course.
To be on a safe side keep some other universities in your list as well.
