Lovely Professional University is a good private university for the Civil Engineering programme. LPU offers BTech, MTech, and Ph.D. in Civil Engineering. One of my best friends completed both BTech and MTech in Civil Engineering from LPU. He got placement as well while studying there.

Now he has started his own business of construction and earning well. Recently, he told me that he is planning for a part-time Ph.D. from LPU itself in Civil Engineering.

I did MBA from LPU and I had many friends from Civil Engineering, so I have idea course,Placements,Curriculum, etc.One of my friend told that,This programme at LPU include a blend of hands-on experiential learning and theoretical foundational courses. The very best include a mix of traditional learning in laboratories and classrooms with cooperative programs that allow students to gain work experience. Others may include independent research with faculty members another good bet for individuals hoping to go directly into research or the workforce upon graduation.

Coming to faculty, they are one of the best mentors to us & everything here is up to the mark. The faculty is supporting if one is willing to learn. They teach the subjects with their full effort. Writing board, screen-projector, labs are used to teach. The college arranges frequent industry visits. The capstone project is an integral part of B. Tech program in which students have to pick a live project based on practical problem-based scenario (ideally from industry) and work for six months under a mentor and present a report at the end.
