No, the defense quota is not applicable in all India counselling for NEET. Though, there is a provision of the same quota under the state counselling of some particular states. You can only apply for thos states if you have the domicile of that particular state.

Dear Nani, Defense or Ex service personnel reservation is not applicable in All India Counselling. It is applicable only in State Counselling. The percentage of reservation varies from State to State. It can be between 1-3% depending on the State you hold the domicile of.
