Is giving Rs 10,000 (by e-prospects) to chandigarh university confirm admission? They also gave me my admission no. through mail.

Giving Rs 10000 as that payment is only for your seat reservation purpose in that particular course you are choosing and this fees will be counted in your Academic/Admission fees as well.

It is safe to give payment of Rs 10000 as that payment is only for your seat reservation purpose in that particular course you are choosing and this fees will be counted in your Academic/Admission fees as well. As they gave you admission number ,it seems you are enrolled in Chandigarh University. This Rs 10000 is refundable fees and you take refund any time if you got admission in any other college like Govt.  Colleges, NIT's , IIT's etc.
When they will call you ,you have to pay full fees to them so that you can attend your classes in coming semester. You can pay that fees online or by offline mode.

Online mode of Fee payment :
Admission Councellor will explain you whole procedure of paying the fees online. It is easy to pay fees online.

Offline mode of Fee payment :
You have to visit any admission center or admission office of Chandigarh University located at different regions in India. You can pay them the whole fees. You can track these centers on official website of Chandigarh University.
You can also visit Chandigarh University itself with your documents in hand and you can pay your rest of the fees there in the University.

For CU-SAT you have to apply yourself and by online mode. You have to give CU-SAT test. They will only call you for admission purpose not for CU-SAT test. You have to register yourself on the portal. If you score good rank in CU-SAT you will get concession in your Admission fees. I am explaining more about CUSAT.
