Overseas mbbs education costs are lower than Indian private Colleges
Education quality is also better with Advanced learning techniques
You should have good quality of English speaking capability and accents
You will have a international exposure ( a good exposure to various cultured people)
You should be well adjusted with their environment since you're Faraway from your family so that it won't affect your studies. If not ( if you're homesick ) ,the money and time will be wasted.
You may be required to learn the local languages of the country you choose.
