Is it better to do MBBS + MD in forensic medicine or an MBBS + MSc in forensic science?

An MD in forensic medicine deals more deeply on autopsies and examination of victims in case of assaults. The salary given in this case is higher. MSc in forensic science helps understand chemical aspects of forensics as well as lab investigations, DNA analysis, fingerprinting etc. making a person well-informed. Both have their own merits and demerits. However, it is recommended that you do an MD in forensic medicine after MBBS.
