Is it necessary to give neet exam for private medical college???

except for the colleges of AIIMS and jipmer every government or private medical college or dental college in India has to be accessed via giving and qualifying the neet examination and there is no exception to it
kindly note that even if your evening for a private medical college you will have to get the minimum of 50th percentile in the neet examination for general category and 40th percentile for the reserved categories feeling to do which you will not be eligible for neet counselling or seats to private medical colleges via neet
some colleges do provide management quota seats but you will have to appear in the neet examination and qualified to avail them even if not on the basis of your rank but on the basis of your qualifying in the neet examination

Yes it is necessary to take the NEET Entrance test for admission in any medical colleges in India except AIIMS and JIPMER wether it is a government/Private/ Deemed College. There are only 3 medical entrances- NEET, AIIMS, JIPMER. And NEET is required for all colleges expect these 2.
