NEET is the entrance exam for admission to Medical, Dental and Ayush courses across India. So apart from MBBS, if you want to study BDS or any of the Ayush courses, NEET is mandatory. Now NEET score is considered for Veterinary Sciences as well. And AYUSH courses comprise of Ayurveda, Yoga and Naturopathy, Unani, Sidha and Homeopathy. So only these courses need NEET score. And these are the only Medical courses available in India at this point in time. The rest are paramedical courses whuch have Common Entrance Tests at University or State level.

Hello!
NEET exam is mandatory to appear in for MBBS, BDS, BHMS and other Ayush courses. However, there are also couses that does not require NEET, such as:
- Occupational Therapist
- Biotechnologist
- Biomedical Engineer
- Microbiologist
- Cardiovascular Technologist
- Perfusionist
- Respiratory Therapist
