Is it necessary to score 50% marks in all subjects of neet for being eligible to take an mbbs seat? I'm asking about the marks of neet, not 12th boards' marks.

No not at all, 50% criteria is only for class 12th board marks for NEET but yes you need to secure minimum cut-off in NEET to be eligible for admission through NEET for any of the MBBS/BDS seat.
