is it official declared by the cbse that from 2018 there will be only 1 exam for all engineering college of INDIA?

According, to the latest news state and private colleges will conduct their own entrance exam to take admission in engineering program as 2017. There will be no change in 2018.

MHRD has already said it earlier in the year 2016 after NEET concept was brought in but no further announcements are made.
