Is MAT exams are out of 200? if so , the cut off marks shown by business colleges are like 500 700 etc.. What does that mean?

MAT exam is of 800 marks.
Marks out of 800 like 700, 650,etc are known as composite scores andcutoffs are on that basis.
Marks can be even scaked down to 200 marks.
