Is mbbs admission based on overall AIR or AI category rank for an aspirant who belongs to SC in both all india and sate quota?

Hello,
The admission to undergraduate programmes in MBBS/BDS to government medical colleges is based on NEET ranks. The admission is done on All India rank,however there are reservation seats for OBC, SC,ST and other categories. So,these seats are filled seprately with candidates belonging to these categories only.
The cutoffs are different for different categories. And is lower for reserved candidates.
