The registration for the Counselling procedure is completely a online procedure for every state but after you have paid the required amount and the acknowledgement slip has been generated, your Documents Verification Procedure is an offline one where you would be asked to come at a particular place, preferably a Medical College within a certain span of time or a specific date to get your documents verified properly for the further continuation of the Counselling Procedure.

That's for the admission process friend. Before the disclosure of the State List, a document verification of all students is done in order to consider their eligibility in the state quota with the help of which the rank list is prepared
