    Dear Ria, NIOS has a very student friendly preparation schedule and the syllabus is prepared in accordance with CBSE standards so as to alow candidates to prepare for NEET and other Entrance examinations. If you have already completed 12th, studying from NIOS will be just like a revision for you. So do not worry.
