Is permanent residence certificate is neccery to Take admission in out of state

Hello Bitupon,
This criteria depends upon state to state and College to college. If you go for Central Government related Institute then no home state residential Certificate required. If you go in State funded Universities, Then you need to produce Domicile Certificate for Admission. In most of case, You can't get admission in government college of other state. In case of Private University, You don't have to show Home state domicile certificate.
