One word answer is yes. Physical education is considered in admission to DU but this will be added with a deduction of 2.5%. Physical education is not included in list A from DU. Following subjects are considered under the best 4 criteria:-

LANGUAGE SUBJECT
- ONE RELEVANT SUBJECT(CHEMISTRY FOR CHEM(H))
- SUBJECTS LIKE PHYSICS, MATHEMATICS, COMPUTER SCIENCE, HISTORY, SPANISH, SANSKRIT, ETC.
