Is registering in MCC for NEET AIQ counselling mandatory or can i just wait for local state for registration

Hi,
If you want to participate in the 15% AIQ counselling then you need to register the same by goin to the mcc site.
There is no other way to participate in the AIQ counselling.
However if you want to try under the 85% state quota counselling then you can apply for it under your state counselling authority. But in case you only apply for state counselling you won't be able to appear for AIQ counselling without registering.
