Robotics degree is being offered at Master level in India. You can do MTech in robotics. A minimum aggregate score of 55%-60% at the level of graduation in B.E./ B. Tech. or equivalent subject from a recognized university.

College offering mtech in robotics is:
IIT-Kanpur(recommended, this requires good gate-mechanical rank)
Centre for Artificial Intelligence and Robotics , Bangalore
Banaras Hindu University,
The Maharaja Sayajirao University, Baroda,
Lovely Professional University, Punjab,
Cochin University of Science and Technology,
PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore,
Jadhavpur University, Kolkata,

But indian university seriously lag a lot, especially in robotics.
No real research is happening here in robotics.
If you are really passionate in robotics and if you can afford then do B.Tech/M.Tech in robotics in countries such as US, German, Japan and even Korea is much better than us.
Robotics is gonna boom soon so don't waste time by learning here.

If you want to do it in India then choose B.tech courses in top engineering colleges:
Old IITs
IIT Hyderabad
IIT ALLAHABAD etc
