is tfw rank considered after gmr rank to get tfw seat in any college Or the tfw cutoff which is given in websites is gmr only?

In wbjee all the seats are alloted on the basis of GMR rank/ PMR ( Pharmacy rank in case of Pharma ) and not your category rank. Even for TWF seats your GMR ( or pmr in case of pharmacy) is considered and not your twf rank.

The official website clearly says that all the mentioned ranks are GMR/PMR
