Hello Ashish,
IIITs are among the premium engineering institutions that take admission through JEE-MAINS and they have a great placements records in last few years.
In regards to your query, it's quite difficult to get admission in any IIITs with 80k rank as majority of seats get filled in beginning rounds only. Last year the closing rank of IIIT was around 48k.

Ashish, it's all upto you and your parents, if you are confident enough that you'll improve your rank, then I'll recommend you to drop a year as it will give you a chance to show yourself. Discuss about taking a drop with your parents too.
Thanku so much bhaiya!! I too was thinking the same as the present rank wont fetch me a good college and taking a drop seems the only hope.
