Hi, nilajan.
Neet is an all India common entrance examination for the admissions into the both government and private colleges for undergraduate courses for the medical aspirants.
It would have been helpful if you had given us your category to answer your question better
The minimum marks required for a student of your category in a government college in westbengal is more than 350 in many colleges for first counselling, but you can surely get into the top colleges in second and third counselling.
For the state quota, the minimum marks required for a state quota student is also more than 300.
As you did get the required marks, you might be able to get into the colleges with the state quota

Goodluck
It is with utter disappointment that I inform you that it is
impossible to determine the cut off marks for a particular
state in the examination. Candidates appearing for the
National Eligibility cum Entrance Examination may refer to
previous years' cut off marks as a whole for the examination
but not for any particular state as such
There are two ranks provided to each of the candidates
appearing for the examination. One is the All India Rank and
the other is the Regional or State Rank. Candidates may
choose from either of the two in order to test their eligibility
for admission to any of the medical colleges spread across
the country
The cut off marks varies from year to year and so only an
approximate can be determined from the evaluation of
previous years' cut off
I hope this piece of information proves to be of some help to
you
