is there any change in cutoffs of NITs since the increased the no seats in IITs (16000)

See cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on. So if the seats will increase then obviously there will be slight variation in cut-offs but as we know that cut-offs are not declared yet so we cannot help you with an exact cut-off for different NITs or IITs.
