Dear Vinayak,
There is no such policy or compulsion that it is mandatory to speak English in campus everytime, u can speak in any language whichever you comfortable with. However, while speaking with any of the faculty or teachers u must speak in English as it will also improve your vocabulary and make it better day by day.
