- M.Sc. Medical Biochemistry: It's a 3-year course which is pursued by completing B.Sc. The students enrolling for this course must have a three-year graduation degree with Biochemistry or Chemistry as their main subject, as well as Biology as ancillary subject. The minimum score criteria to pursue this course is 55% marks in undergraduate.
- M.Sc. Medical, Microbiology: It's also a three-year program which requires B.Sc. degree from a recognised university with minimum 55% marks. The students must have Microbiology as their main subject with Physics and Chemistry as ancillary subjects.
- Bachelor of Physiotherapy: It's a 4.5 years program which requires the students to pass the HSC examination conducted by the State Board with a minimum of 50% marks. The candidates must have Chemistry and Biology / Physics as their main subject with English as ancillary subject.
