Is there anyone who has got 60% in +2 exam but cracked NEET and joined a good college?

there are many examples sis.. my cousin sister had passed +2 with 62% and cleared aipmt 2015 with AIR 1800. she's currently studying in AFMC, PUNE.

Be confident & determined ,do hard labour and I am sure you can succeed.Marks in a particular exam cannot judge the potency of students. A student with poor marks in board exam can shine in any entrance exam.

Yes, there are many students. If you want to crack NEET exam it all depends on your determination and will power.
To score good marks in NEET you should focus on below points-
1- Complete your NCERT syllabus.
2- Solve previous year questions papers.
3-Solve MCQs for your practice.
4- Give complete mock test twice or thrice a week
