Admission to IITs is offered through JEE Main Exams. To get admission into IIIT you need to secure good rank in JEE Main which is organized by NTA ( National Testing Agency)

Syllabus For JEE Main span across three subjects viz Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.

Level of the exam is slightly higher than the Intermediate exam so you must be conceptually very strong to qualify this exam, another thing which makes this difficult is the level of competition.
