Is there interviews for admission into every college underdu?

In some prestigious colleges of DU, like St. Stephens, Interview is a crucial part and has weightage in admission. For every candidate taking admission in such colleges, it is important to appear for interview.
However, not every college conducts interviews. Some colleges might go with interview, but it is not important part of admission and it happens only for those candidates who take admission till the first 2-3 cut offs.
