Yes there is mtech course offered in nerist ,

The eligibility criteria is also here ;-

M. Tech Eligibility

M. Tech applicants should have a B. Tech. or equivalent degree with a CGPA of 6.5 on a scale of 10 or an aggregate score of 60%. ...
Candidates should also have a valid GATE Score, in the absence of which, they will have to appear for the NERIST PG entrance test - NEPGET..
