Hello aspirant,
As per BITSAT publications, they do not consider normalization of marks.
Admission is done purely on the basis of the BITSAT Scores which the aspirant has achieved in the exam without considering the shift or difficulty of exams. The reason for not normalizing is that, BITS has a large question bank from which they select a random set of questions for aspirants. And they divide some questions as easy, medium, hard for all slots so that aspirants do not complain. Aspirants can check their marks as soon as they submit their response sheet. Then after some days the cutoff marks of BITSAT are published by the authority.
