I am from OBC category whether i am eligible to apply for deemed university

Deemed universities don't necessarily follow the reservation policy of the central government, therefore, a lot of the deemed universities don't have reservations for st category, SC category, OBC category etc. However, they may have other reservations, like reservation based on religion etc.

There are definitely OBC category reservations in deemed colleges.
I would advice you to visit the college you wish to take admission into and take a proper guidance from them regarding this.
