No, a Common Rank List (CRL) in JEE Main does not show category-wise rank cutoffs. The CRL is the overall rank list, based on a candidate's performance in the exam, without considering their category. However, candidates from reserved categories (OBC-NCL, SC, ST, PwD) may also have category-wise ranks, which are separate from their CRL rank.
Example:
A candidate with a high CRL rank might still be eligible for admission to a reserved seat if they also have a good category-wise rank within that category.
